Title: Baker's Flour Sales Rep

Reporting to: Sales and Marketing Manager

 

Qualification

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in food science or Chemical analytics
  • Have at least 2-4 years work experience in a technical sales position.
  • Proof of On-the-job training in sales a benefit.
  • Must have computer skills with experience in working with a system.

 

Main role is to find markets for the company's baking ingredients. The candidate needs to display knowledge on application of the products to meet various baking requirements. The role also involves advising clients on best formulations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identification and recrutiment of new clients to the company.
  • Use of technical skills to advise and convince clients on benefits of the company's products. Demonstrate how the company's products can solve, mitigate or improve performance of their baking products.
  • Help clients solve any problems that arise when the product(s) is used.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and the company.
  • Liaise with production and R&D to identify and develop new products and improve performance of existing ones.
  • All other duties that are similar to Sales representatives.

 

Performance Measures and Targets:

  • Meet sales target
  • Ensure sales are paid for (collection)
  • Maintain customer satisfaction

 

Role Reports:

  • Field visit reports (customer feedback)
  • Daily/ weekly sales report & schedule
  • Monthly sales report vs budget
  • Expenses report

 

 

Title:  Animal Nutrition Sales Rep

  • Have at least 2-4 years work experience in a technical sales position.
  • Proof of On-the-job training in sales a benefit.
  • Must have computer skills with experience in working with a system.
